Can I transfer my ADSL service to a new phone number if I move or change phone numbers?

Yes. There is no fee for this. Just  call Bezeq and ask them to switch your service to the new line.

What do I need to order ADSL?

Your Bezeq phone number, the persons name that the line is  registered under with Bezeq, and the ID# (teudat zehut, or passport) of that person.

How do I get charged for the ADSL?

With the regular plan, the portion that you pay to Bezeq is charged on your Bezeq bill, and the portion for Bezeq International gets charged to a credit card or via horaat kevah. With the limited time offer, it gets charged as 1 charge through Bezeq International.

How long does it take for my ADSL to be setup?

If it’s done through Bezeq International, it can take up to 4 business days for it to be registered in Bezeq Store’s system.

Where do I get my modem?

Once you are registered in Bezeq's system, you can pick it up from the the Bezeq store.  Call first to confirm that you already appear in their system. ###

What type of modem do I need?

An Ethernet modem (modem reshet).  Bezeq supplies the ECI Ethernet modem for free when you sign up with  with a 1 year commitment. alternatively, They may give a SAMSUNG Ethernet modem. Both are compatible.  Make sure to specifically ask them for one of the above modems.

What do I have to do if I want to sign up with Hora'at Kevah?

Bezeq International will send you a form that has to be filled out and returned to them. We recommend that you sign up with a credit card number, because your credit card does not get charged for the first 6 weeks. Bezeq gives you 2 weeks to get everything in order (pick up your modem, etc.), and then you only pay at the end of the month which is 4 weeks later. Since it takes up to 4 business days for your order to process through the system, and you are not being charged yet, you can expedite your order by using a credit card to place the order, and then you will receive the form to fill out. As long as you get it back to Bezeq International before the 6 weeks are up, they will change your method of payment to Hora'at Kevah, and your credit card will never be charged.
